Cauliflower Cups

Made some quick 💚Cauliflower Cups 💚 before bed 😛 Sometimes ill cut it up, and add it to salads or soups for an extra dose of veg + protein.

Keeping my late night snacking in check 😎👍

💚Cauliflower Cups💚

🔸6 Eggs

🔸2 Cups Cauliflower Cooked + 🔸Shredded

🔸Splash Of Oat Milk 🔸2 TBS Italian Seasoning

🔸Salt and Pepper To Taste

➡In a bowl crack eggs, add almond milk + spices and whisk.

➡Add your already cooked and shredded cauliflower to the egg mixture

➡Spoon equal portions into silicone muffin cups

➡Bake at 365 👌 for 15 minutes
