Cauliflower Fried Rice

I freaking ❤LOVE 🎋Chinese Fried Rice! But 🙊 the problem is it can be laced with too much starch, fat🐽, glucose and MSG 👎 Which is why Ive made this low calorie 😄 EATCLEAN 🍃 version to share! 👉Plenty of Protein 🍳 and Wholesome ingredients 😜 that helps to mimics my favorite Asian dish 🎎 but without any of the guilt (Or Gluten!) that usually follows. ❤ EatClean Chinese Fried Rice ❤

🎋3 Cups Cauliflower 🎋1/2 Cup Onion 🎋4 Garlic Cloves, Minced 🎋1/2 Cup Edam 🎋1/2 Cup Carrots 🎋1/3 Cup Baby Corn 🎋1/3 Cup Shredded Yellow Pepper (Discarding left over veggies in my kitchen) 🎋4 Eggs 🎋1 TBS Coconut Oil 🎋3 TBS Low Sodium 🎋Soy Sauce

➡After food processing Veggies to cut back on cutting time,

Saute garlic and onions in coconut oil. ➡Add in Edam, Carrots, Baby Corn + Yellow Pepper until Edam has been heated. ➡Add in your Eggs, Cauliflower and Soy Sauce. Stirring frequently so as not to burn the eggs.

💚TIP💚 Don't salt this "rice" while cooking as it releases moisture resulting in steamed cauliflower

👉Not bad Chinese food for a Slovak! 😉😉eh eh ❤Enjoy!!!❤
