These Guilt Free Portable Pizza Bites💙 were spectacular!! 👏🎉👏 Definitely an upscale alternative to cauliflower pizza crust 🙆 which doesn't always travel well! 😢 Take these as a snack, lunch, post or pre work out 😎They're gluten free 💁 high in fiber + protein but BIG on taste -- You'll wish you made more! 🌈😭

💙EatClean Portable Pizza Bites💙 🔵2 Cups Cooked + Shredded 🔵Cauliflower (Use a cheese cloth to remove excess water💧)

🔵1/4 Cup Shredded Onion

🔵1/4 Cup Egg Whites

🔵1 Cup Cottage Cheese (Drained --cheese cloth comes handy!😉)

🔵2 TBS Romeo Cheese

🔵1 Tsp Oregano

🔵1 TSP Basil

🔵1 Tsp Marjoram

🔵1 TBS Chopped Garlic

🔵1 Cup Homemade Organic Pizza Sauce

➡Stir fry your onions and shredded cauliflower in a non stick pan, until translucent

➡After cooling, combine and mix with other ingredients

➡Using a silicone muffin pan (it pops out easier using silicone!) evenly spoon your mixture into your tin molds.

➡Press the dough down to insure they stick together properly.

➡Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes or until brown 🔥

➡ Dip with pizza sauce 🌈Enjoy - But Don't Share With Friends -- Too Delicious!!! 😂💙😂
