Gluten Free, Sugar Free 👏 Churro's, With 🎉GRANDE 🎊 flavor??👀

Churro's😝 are typically fried until they become crunchy🙊 and may be sprinkled with sugar 😜 But in this recipe 📝 we'll be using gluten free flour (Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Flour👌) with Stevia in place❤

If you've ever gotten famished😖 in between meals🍝 its your body telling you your blood sugar level has gotten too low! 😬

👉Then finally when you decide to eat something (Naturally unhealthy because at that point, YOUR STARVING!😭) You need an immediate SIESTA!😴😴😴

✋ Don't let it get that far😡 Especially now that you've been aware! 😇

✨Instead, have these baked EatClean Mexican Churro's 😉 Cinnamon is used around the world 🌍 to improve ones mood 😄 increase body energy 🚴 and to stabilise blood sugar levels! 😻😽😸.

❤EatClean Mexican Churro's❤

✨1 Cup Gluten Free Flour ✨1 Cup Water ✨2 Large Eggs ✨3 TBS Raw Stevia ✨1/2 TSP Salt

✨1/3 Cup Coconut Oil ✨1 TSP Pure Vanilla Extract ➡On the stove, in a small pot combine together 1 Cup Water, 3 TBS Stevia, 1/2 TSP Salt, Coconut Oil and place over medium-high heat until boiling. ➡Remove from heat and stir the flour right away! Mixing evenly!

➡In another bowl, combine eggs and vanilla extract. Beating the mixture together.Add to the sauce pan. ➡Stir well until eggs are incorporated and your mixture resembles mashed potatoes. Let it cool COMPLETELY! ➡Skip the hard work, use a pipping bag! This doh otherwise difficult to shape. ➡Bake for 10-12 minutes at 425 🔥 And as your watching them 👀 quickly set the broiler on for a minute to make them more crunchy!😜

➡Remove from oven and let it cool as you mix the coating.

❤"Sugar" Mix.❤

✨1/3 Cup Stevia (Toss into coffee grinder to create a fine powder)

✨3 TBS Cinnamon ➡Pour the "sugar" mixture onto the churros. Roll evenly in mixture. ❤Enjoy!❤

😊I served these Churros with a mix of Light cream cheese/Greek yogurt with Stevia and Cinnamon ✨
