Its simple✅ Feed your muscles💪🏻 not your gut🚫 This particular recipe is an adaption to an American 🇺🇸 favourite of mine, The Peanut Butter Cookie! ❤️😋 Here's how I make it dazzle: INGREDIENTS: 1 Heaping Cup Peanut Butter 1-2 TBS Dandelion Honey *Or Honey,Agave or 12 Stevia Packets* (Save The Bees! This nutrient dense honey helps regulate liver & kidney functions for under $3!) 1/2 Cup Protein Powder (Costco) 1/3 Cup Flax Seed (I always purchase this bulk from Costco) 1/3 Cup Organic Oats 5 TBS Coconut Flakes 1 Large Egg 1 TBS Vanilla Extract DIRECTIONS: Mix together in med bowl with spatula. With cold clean fingers,roll into balls. Press down with fork. Bake @ 350 for 9 Min. Let completely cool (or they will break) Enjoy!!! Like Comment Or Share ❤️
