Growing up Slovak we constantly made Palacinke, also known as Crepes. My adapted version is more wholesome and filling. Its quick, and takes very few ingredients generally found in the pantry. How do you fill your crepes? Leave a comment below and let me know! INGREDIENTS: 1/2 Cup Oats 1/2 Cup Protein Powder 2 Large Eggs 1/2 Cup Almond Milk 1 Banana Mashed 1 Non Stick Pan 1 TBS Coconut Oil DIRECTIONS: Using my food processor I blended these ingredients together. Heat the coconut oil in non stick pan Pour a ladle of batter into the pan Swirl the skillet until the bottom is covered evenly with batter. Use a thin spatula to loosen the edges of the crepe, slide the spatula under the crepe and gently flip it. Cook other side until golden. Repeat-- this batter gave me 6 Crepes. INSIDE: 5 TBS Ricotta 5 TBS Pre Frozen Berries De-Thawed Mixed Together With Fork OUTSIDE: Banana Slices Blueberries 1/2 TSP Hazelnut Spread (hahaha Ok, i got carried away...) Almond Pieces & Hemp Hearts Store Left Overs Up To 5 Days ✨ Approx 8 Grams Protein Each Feed Your Muscles 💪🏻 Not Your Gut 🚫 Who doesn't love crepes! How do you fill yours? Leave a comment below
