If you didn't already know ๐Ÿ‘Š chickpeas are the main ingredient in hummus ๐Ÿ˜œ Which can provide the body with key ๐Ÿ”‘ vitamins ๐ŸŒฟand minerals ๐Ÿƒ like as folic acid! This protein ๐Ÿ’ช and fiber rich ๐Ÿ˜ vegetable dip ๐Ÿ† is inexpensive to make ๐Ÿ’ฐ and SUPER addicting to eat! ๐Ÿ™Š

โžกWhen i was considered morbidly obese ๐Ÿ˜ฉ my favorite sandwich spread was mayonnaise ๐Ÿ˜ -- I probably went through a large hellman's every 2 weeks ๐Ÿ˜‚ spooning large amounts beside EVERY meal! (Soo An extra 200-300๐Ÿ˜ง calories per dish) When i discovered hummus it didn't originally taste very good ๐Ÿ˜• but after experimenting ๐Ÿ˜‹ and adding different spices + vegetables๐Ÿ , it easily became a new favorite!!๐Ÿ™ˆ

โš Always take into consideration when trying new ๐ŸŒŸthings that it takes a few attempts for the brain's tastes buds ๐Ÿ‘… to grab ahold, to be able to form an REAL opinion โœ… As your body comes off processed sugars ๐Ÿ‘€ what once tasted disgusting to you, will now taste totally different โœŒ๐Ÿ’˜

๐Ÿ˜‡ So never be afraid to give something a second chance!

๐Ÿ’šQuick Hummus๐Ÿ’š

๐Ÿ”น2 Cups Cooked Chick Peas ( add 2 tbs of baking soda to your water so the skins remove easier)

๐Ÿ”น2-3 TBS Tahini

๐Ÿ”น2-3 Garlic Cloves Minced

๐Ÿ”น5 TBS Lemon Juice (or whatever, go nuts)

๐Ÿ”น2 TBS Avocado Oil

๐Ÿ”น5 Olives, Chopped

โžกBlend everything BUT Olives in food processor, 3-5 min on low until thoroughly mixed and smooth

โžกScoop into smaller mason jar (Glass will keep it longer)

โžกAdd chopped olives
