Listening to Andrea Bocelli this morning ☀ while i enjoy my stack of clean, eggless tiramisu pancakes! Gossh they're soo velvety soft 😍 and espressofied! 😛😛😛😛 (ok 🙆 probably not a word😅) Not gonna lie 👀 I'm gonna be REALLY wired today😝😝

Haven't had espresso in a while!! eee

Anyway!! These were TOO good Not to share 😍😍😍

Tiramisu Protein Pancakes

☕1 Cup Oat Flour (Toss 1 Cup Oats And Pulse In Your Processor!)

☕1 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder ☕1/2 Cup Brewed Coffee ☕1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk ☕ 2 TBS Greek Yogurt ☕2 TBS Flax Seed

☕1 TSP Baking Powder

☕1 Packet Stevia ☕1 TSP Cacao Powder ☕1 TSP Cinnamon

☕1 TSP Fine Espresso ☕Coconut Oil Spray ➡Mix ingredients together until fluffy.

➡Heat your stick pan, lightly coat with coconut oil. ➡Using a ladle, slowly pour the pancake mix to create 4 small pancakes. ➡Cook on each side about 50 seconds, when you use a cover they'll cook faster 😊

Tiramisu Cream ❤1/3 Cup Ricotta (Or cottage cheese) ❤1 TBS Coffee ❤Dash Cinnamon ❤1 Stevia Packet

Tiramisu Powder

❤Dust an equal mixture of cacao powder, fine espresso and Cinnamon over top 😉 ➡Using a hand blender, or food processor combine ingredients until fluffy. ➡Stack your pancakes and layer Tiramisu cream.

➡Serve with dusted Tiramisu powder
